1. Membership & Payments
- Memberships are managed through LaunchPass and are also subject to their terms and conditions.
- Two membership options are available:
- Monthly: $40 (recurring)
- Yearly: $384 (recurring)
- All payments are final, unless otherwise stated or refunded at our discretion.
- Membership access is granted upon successful payment and may be revoked for violations of these terms.
2. Content & Disclaimer
- EA Picks provides sports betting insights and analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only.
- We are not a gambling service, sportsbook, or provider of wagering opportunities.
- We do not guarantee specific betting outcomes or profits. All betting decisions are made at your own risk.
- Gambling may be subject to age restrictions in your jurisdiction. Please gamble responsibly.
3. Community Guidelines & Violations
Members must adhere to the community rules set by EA Picks and Discord’s Terms of Service. The following violations may result in an immediate ban without a refund:
- Doxxing or sharing personal information of any member.
- Leaking picks or paid content outside of EA Picks.
- Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior towards members or admins.
- Promoting illegal gambling activities or violating Discord’s policies.
4. Termination & Modifications
- EA Picks reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
- We may terminate any membership at our discretion if a member engages in conduct that harms the integrity of our community.
